These straps and cuffs were made to hold tight. Use your own locks to keep the ankle cuffs secured. Each cuff has 6 slits for adjustability. There is a sturdy leather strap on each end of the canvas belt, to loop around an anchor point and buckle securely in place. Measurements: Strap: Measures 96 inches in total length, canvas belt measures 48 inches in length, 4 inches in width, leather strap measures 24 inches in length and 1.25 inches in width, adjusts from 4 to 20 inches in circumference; Cuffs: 12 inches in total length, adjust from 6 to 10 inches in circumference.
