Naturally there are nine tails to this Tomcat Nine Tail Whip. Each of those tails offers a nice stinging sensation when struck against the skin. The whip is made with interconnecting red and black leather material. There is a wrist strap at the end of the handle for a more secure grip during use. The straps measure 26 inches in length and the handle measures 18 inches in length. Warning: this is a NEW item that is not in retail packaging, usually a plain box, wrapped in plastic or a poly bag.
